Processing Time
Orders ship within 1–7 business days after purchase. Custom or personalized pieces may take up to 7–14 business days for production before shipping.
Shipping Rates
- U.S. orders: $6 flat rate
- Free U.S. shipping on orders over $250
- International orders: rates calculated at checkout
Delivery Times
- U.S.: most orders arrive within 2–4 business days after shipping.
- International: most orders arrive within 7–21 business days after shipping, depending on the destination country and customs clearance.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.
International Shipping & Customs Fees
At Shukstack, we are happy to ship worldwide. Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees required by your country are the responsibility of the buyer.
Once your order has shipped, Shukstack is not responsible for your package or any additional charges applied by customs or local authorities. These fees vary by country and are outside of our control. If these charges are refused, the package may be returned or discarded by customs, and we are unable to offer refunds in these cases.
By placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you have questions about customs fees, we recommend contacting your local customs office before purchasing.
Lost or Damaged Items
Shukstack is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. However, if you experience an issue, please contact us at shukstack@gmail.com and we'll do our best to help.
Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the customer's responsibility to make sure the shipping address provided at checkout is complete and accurate.
Shukstack is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address and is returned to us, we must wait until the package is received back before any action can be taken.
Once the returned package has been received, we will refund the cost of the item(s) only. Original shipping charges (both domestic and international) are non-refundable. If you would like your order reshipped, additional shipping charges will apply.
Shukstack is not responsible for lost, delayed, or undeliverable packages resulting from an incorrect shipping address entered at checkout. By placing an order with Shukstack, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
